Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is approaching its sixth season of content, with an earlier teaser trailer revealing its September 29 release date. Along with returning characters, Season 6 is bringing with it firefights underground which will take place in a new subway system underneath Warzone's map.Verdansk is being updated with an entire subway network that will let you zip around its large land mass when Season 6 arrives. The map shared shows a few stops that the train will make as it circles around the map, letting you hop aboard for a quick ride. Of course, it's unlikely that you'll be the only player thinking about this, giving you another space to both hunt and avoid foes in.Some disclaimers on the image make it sound like the subway system will be a way to circumvent the deadly gas above ground that will kill you if you find yourself outside of the encroaching circle. EA has revealed how in-game progression and rewards, competitive rankings, and challenges will work in Star Wars: Squadrons. In a blog post, EA reaffirmed that Squadrons "is a self-contained game, where all progression, unlocks and rewards are earned solely through play."In Squadrons, there are a few ways to progress through the game. You can either go for the game's in-game currencies--Requisition and Glory--or rise through the ranks in Operations.By just playing in matches, you'll unlock experience that causes you to level up. With each level you'll earn Requisition, which you can spend to unlock ship components. The world was stunned to learn that Chadwick Boseman had passed away in late August. The actor passed away after a four-year battle with colon cancer. Throughout his battle, Boseman still found the time to visit children with cancer, which he kept private. Now, there is an art piece honoring the late actor and Black Pnather star at Downtown Disney.Artist Nikkolas Smith revealed the piece on Instagram. If you missed your chance to snag the limited-edition Animal Crossing Nintendo Switch back in March, you may have another shot at buying it in the near future. The new destination of Europa in Destiny 2's Beyond Light expansion is set to be different from any players have encountered in the game so far. The moon of Jupiter is a frozen frontier littered with ruins and secrets, and while you'll wield some of that icy power in the new Stasis abilities, you'll still have to contend with what the moon itself throws at you.Bungie detailed some of what players can expect when they visit Europa in a blog post that discusses a new feature for the area: dynamic weather. Currently, weather in Destiny 2 pretty much exists for aesthetics. There are a few places where you'll occasionally see things like rain when you enter an area, and the time of day is variable as you load into a public area on the various planets or on the Tower. On Europa, however, weather will be something you contend with--although Bungie says it won't drastically change gameplay.Europa is home to intense snowstorms, as Bungie explains, and new systems have been created for the destination to make it feel like a hostile environment. You'll face those storms as you play, and they'll arise dynamically while you explore; expect to see clear skies on Europa darken ominously in natural-feeling ways. Those snowstorms will drastically affect the look and feel of Europa, but they'll go beyond aesthetic touches to cut visibility and make navigation difficult as you struggle to see what's ahead of you, pick targets, and make out the silhouettes of distant landmarks. As Bungie writes in the post, you might want to bring a thermal scope to cut through the icy gale.
