Developer 4A Games has announced that its latest post-apocalyptic first-person shooter, Metro Exodus, will make its way to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S / Series X next year. An exact release date was not confirmed, but the studio clarified that it will be a free upgrade.4A Games didn't share specific enhancements Metro Exodus will receive once it launches on next-gen hardware, but players can expect the usual slate of improvements: smoother frame rates, faster load times, increased resolution and performance, and ray tracing capabilities. Ubisoft has announced that Watch Dogs: Legion's online multiplayer mode now releases early next year so that the studio can center its immediate efforts on fixing issues with single-player.The studio shared a blog post announcing that the delay gives the team the chance to "focus on fixing issues with single-player," as well as "more time to test the Online experience to help ensure a smooth launch of the mode." An exact release date for Watch Dogs: Legion's online multiplayer has not been specified.Ubisoft also confirmed that Watch Dogs: Legion will get a new patch on November 26 for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series S / Series X. EA has released the full patch notes for the latest update for Star Wars: Squadrons. The update is currently live, adding a brand-new map and next-gen improvements for playing the game on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5.The new map is Fostar Haven, an area inspired by the opening prologue of Squadrons' campaign.
