As of right now, it has more than 300,000 concurrent players and is beating out the likes of Rust, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, and Grand Theft Auto V.In fact, only two games--Steam staples Dota 2 and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive--have more concurrent players on the service. Valheim isn't coming close to hitting those numbers, but getting this many concurrent players on a brand-new game that isn't free-to-play is extremely impressive.A few days earlier, Valheim had already managed to sell one million copies on Steam. In the next flight, a number of big features are getting added, including mouse-and-keyboard support on console.Yes, this would have seemed borderline sacrilegious in a Halo game just a few years ago, but times are changing. Around February 18, but possibly slightly later, the next public flight for Halo: The Master Chief Collection will add mouse-and-keyboard play on consoles. The upcoming My Little Pony movie has been bought by Netflix. Finnish game developer Remedy Entertainment has announced earnings results for 2020, and the company had its best year ever in terms of the money it made despite releasing no games.For the full year, Remedy made €41.1 million in revenue, up 29.8% compared to the previous year, while the company posted an operating profit of €13.2 million. Remedy was able to have its best year ever in 2020 without releasing any games thanks in part to royalty income from Control and all the money it got from Epic Games to bring two new games exclusively to the Epic Games Store.Remedy also launched two paid expansions for Control in 2020, while the game released on multiple different stores and on a new platform, Nintendo Switch, during the year. What hasn't changed, however, is Xur's weekly visits to the solar system to sell Exotic weapons and armor that can help you fill out your collection.
