Since at least 2017, so much has been theorized, predicted, and argued about among critics and fans alike about what could have been with Zack Snyder's fabled director's cut of Justice League that it can be easy to forget there's a fair amount we actually already know about the upcoming DC film. As its likelihood has progressed from a remote possibility to a sure thing to now an around-the-corner four-hour epic that will arrive in theaters on HBO Max on March 18, both the streaming service and director have released a treasure trove of promo videos, teasers, and clips that will give viewers a pretty good idea of what to expect--here, we've scooped up everything that's been floating around so far. What follows is a series of clips of varying length, working backwards chronologically from some short character trailers that have been released daily and will likely continue in the coming days. The most recent video is a Wonder Woman trailer, which, it should be pointed out, has been published on International Women's Day, March 8. These clips do more than showcase costumes--in under a minute, each teaser strongly demonstrates how the character in the spotlight brings something different to the proverbial table when forming and protecting an alliance among superheroes. Check them all out below, followed by some more traditional trailers and the movie's title opening.Wonder Woman"We have no fear!" #WonderWoman #SnyderCut #InternationalWomensDay pic.twitter.com/IDXM9WtTZr — Zack Snyder's Justice League (@snydercut) March 8, 2021The Flash“You can be whatever you want to be.” #TheFlash #SnyderCut pic.twitter.com/YnW9YvNxt1 — Zack Snyder's Justice League (@snydercut) March 7, 2021Aquaman“You can’t turn your back on the world forever.” #Aquaman #SnyderCut pic.twitter.com/VARwfJIrbV — Zack Snyder's Justice League (@snydercut) March 6, 2021Superman“You will help them accomplish wonders.” #Superman #SnyderCut pic.twitter.com/B0LkXj99Gf — Zack Snyder's Justice League (@snydercut) March 5, 2021Batman“His name is Bruce Wayne.” #Batman #SnyderCut pic.twitter.com/61nrDypSZe — Zack Snyder's Justice League (@snydercut) March 4, 2021Title openingThey've awoken. #SnyderCut pic.twitter.com/wioQM8MWQJ — Zack Snyder's Justice League (@snydercut) February 27, 2021Valentine's Day trailerHappy 214 #ZackSnydersJusticeLeague #SnyderCut #UsUnited #AFSP pic.twitter.com/c7bAjM31QS — Zack Snyder (@ZackSnyder) February 14, 2021November 17, 2020 teaser#UsUnited pic.twitter.com/NiHatOzxJn — Zack Snyder (@ZackSnyder) November 17, 2020After March 18, when Justice League is out in the wild, pretty much all questions will be answered--except for the fate of the promised multiple theatrical and home releases planned for the DC movie--including a black and white IMAX version. Snyder recently revealed that his version of Justice League will end on a cliffhanger, and given the extended ramp-up to the film, it would be reasonable to expect some other surprises and wrinkles in what might be next from Snyder with all this.Info from Gamespot.com

Halo's transmedia boss Kiki Wolfkill has shared a few small updates on the long-in-development Halo TV show. Speaking to IGN, Wolfkill said the Halo franchise as an FPS is limited in terms of its storytelling opportunity since the main storyline focuses on one character: Master Chief. But with the TV show, there is an opportunity to widen the franchise and look at more characters and plot points. The steps that Microsoft is taking with the Halo TV show may not please everyone, Wolfkill also acknowledged in the interview."In a first-person shooter, there is only so much of a character journey because of that wanting to maintain some of that character for people to pour into him or her," she said. "So TV gives us a long form ability to really focus on character and story in a way that's harder to relay in a first-person game."Wolfkill alluded to this previously, saying the Halo TV show will be similar to Game of Thrones in terms of the "scope and scale and complexity of relationships."Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

A Microsoft executive has said that there are more Xbox games coming this year that we don't yet know about. In an interview with the Iron Lords podcast that focused on the Xbox Series X, Xbox's director of program management Jason Ronald was asked what game he was most looking forward to in 2021. In response, he said the following: "Not all games that are releasing this year have been announced."While this certainly isn't a surprise, given that there's still a lot of 2021 left to go, it's not clear if Ronald was referring to games made by Microsoft's own Xbox Games Studios or any other studios that the console juggernaut owns, such as Halo developer 343 Industries. Ronald might also be referring to studios that Microsoft is in the process of buying, such as Bethesda.Just to set expectations: this is not happening. There are always things we have in the works, but nothing coming soon that would feature game announcements or world premieres like this. https://t.co/nO868SCbpZ — Aaron Greenberg 🙅🏼‍♂️💚U (@aarongreenberg) February 28, 2021Currently, Microsoft's biggest release of the year is Halo Infinite, which is scheduled to come out in Fall 2021. The studio is also publishing Psychonauts 2, which doesn't have a concrete release date, but is scheduled to come out in 2021, though it will also come to the PlayStation 4. However, in the above tweet, the GM of Xbox Games marketing recently said that there will be no announcements of major games like Elden Ring coming soon, so it's not clear when we might get some more details on these upcoming games.Info from Gamespot.com

With his work on the Sons of Anarchy franchise complete, following his firing by FX in 2019, Kurt Sutter has set his sights on Netflix. The Sons of Anarchy creator and Mayans M.C. co-creator is teaming with Blumhouse for a movie that's described as a drama but certainly sounds like a horror film.According to a tweet from Netflix, This Beast is set in an "18th century English village besieged by a mysterious and elusive beast." A longer description reads, "Dozens of innocents are slaughtered and the mayhem is driven to puritanical heights by religious fanaticism. The impossible task of killing the beast falls to a lowly trapper who promises he can stop the carnage. But for him this hunt is not a professional mission, it's a deeply personal one. The idea was inspired by The Beast of Gévaudan, a true story about a mysterious beast that terrorized a French village in the 1760s."The Beast of Gévaudan story dates back to a French province in the 1700s. According to historical documents, over 100 people were reported to have been killed between 1764 and 1767, which many of the victims having been partially eaten. It's believed the beast, itself, was wolves.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

Ahead of the start of Apex Legends Chaos Theory, Respawn has renamed the new Wattson legendary skin that will be added during the event. Previously announced as the rather problematic Charged Conquistador, the skin will thankfully now be called Chaos Conductor."Thank you to folks who reached out about it and kept us honest," Respawn director of community and communications Ryan Rigney tweeted. "This was an oversight that shouldn't have happened."Respawn's decision seems inspired by folks pointing out how uncomfortable they were with Respawn naming one of Wattson's skins after the conquistadors, a group of white colonizers who are well-known for conquering countries through murder and slavery, and killing thousands of people through the spread of diseases. It's not a good label to give to any of Apex Legends' characters.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

Ubisoft has released the patch notes for the latest Rainbow Six Siege test server update. The update is live in the test server now, fixing a few bugs in the game.Of note, the update addresses some issues tied to Aruni, Siege's newest defender operator that was added in December 2020's Operation Neon Dawn expansion. Aruni can erect a laser grid over doorways and windows with her Surya Laser Gate, denying an attacker operator's entry and destroying projectile gadgets. The update fixes a bug that was causing Surya Laser Gates to appear deactivated if players were over 20 meters away, which messed with the plans of both defenders and attackers. Additionally, a bug has been fixed that was causing Surya Laser Gates (as well as Kaid's Rtila Electroclaw) to incorrectly pulse when disabled by Thatcher's EMP Grenade or seen via IQ's Electronics Detector.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com
