In the final Legendary Quest for Fortnite Season 7 Week 3, you'll need to collect cat food. Why? To be honest, we have no clue to the story ramifications of this just yet, but in any event, completing the challenge will give you another 30,000 XP and get you one step closer to tier 100, or even tier 200+ for the most coveted of Battle Pass rewards this season. Here's where to find cat food in Fortnite.Fortnite Cat Food In Dirty DocksThere are four total cat food items you'll be able to find this week, but like a lot of quests, you only need to find some of them to earn the challenge XP. Two cat food trays are found in Dirty Docks. If your drop is friendlier to that spot, here's where you can find them when you get to this shipping yard.Right beside the UFO parked among the shipping containersAt the far west end of the same shipping container areaIf you're able to grab these two in one attempt--and admittedly they're almost side by side-- you'll already complete the final Legendary Quest for Fortnite Season 7 Week 3. If the IO or other players spoil your gains, on the other hand, you may instead want to finish off this quest at Retail Row.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

The embattled Tekken X Street Fighter crossover game might still launch in the future despite recent reports of the project being "officially dead," according to Tekken producer Katsuhiro Harada.Reports began circulating earlier this week that the long-in-development title has been cancelled after Harada said that "development stopped but [the team] got about 30% done" in an episode of his talk show Harada's Bar. However, Harada took to TwitLonger to clarify his statement, saying the English subtitles misconstrued the actual status of Tekken X Street Fighter. In the post, Harada says the phrase "今ã¯ã¨ã‚ã¦ã¾ã™ã‚ˆ(ima tomete masuyo)" means "it's pending state" and similar to "pause." The episode's English subtitles suggested Harada meant development on the game is over. Harada said that's not that the case, as in context, the phrase means that "up to 30% of the development was in progress, but now it is still pending."Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

FX Networks has released the first full-length, official teaser for the highly anticipated Hulu debut of the American Horror Story spin-off--somewhat confusingly titled American Horror Stories. The anthology series will hit the streaming service starting July 15, with two episodes back-to-back.This first teaser, titled "Rubber Woman" at first glance doesn't seem particularly creepy based on name alone. But as you can see for yourself in the clip below, it's full of imagery that's unsettling, unnerving, and noticeably paying homage to the infamous red room from everyone's favorite disturb-athon, Twin Peaks.Of course, it's hard to exactly discern what this clip above might mean for the show itself, but at least we won't have long to wait to find out. (We do at least know that the show is expected to feature throwbacks to characters/creatures from previous episodes from the flagship series.) American Horror Stories promises "a different horror story each episode," and given that since 2011 the creators of American Horror Story have "sprouted a legion of dedicated fans who anticipate what terrors the next chapter will hold," they've certainly earned the license to keep us in suspense a little longer.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

Revealed at the Summer Game Fest Kickoff live event and then further detailed at the Xbox Showcase Extended, The Anacrusis is an upcoming four-player cooperative first-person shooter where you and your allies fight through waves of alien monsters. If that seems like an alien variation of Left 4 Dead, it should! The game is developed by Stray Bombay, a studio co-founded by Kimberly Voll and Chet Faliszek, the latter of whom is an ex-writer for Valve who penned Left 4 Dead.I reached out to Stray Bombay to ask the studio about The Anacrusis' overall narrative and how it plans to deliver a story over the course of folks' many replays. Keeping in mind that players will replay the game multiple times, Stray Bombay has designed The Anacrusis to have "hundreds" of stories."The Anacrusis is created to be infinitely replayable," Faliszek said. "That means the action, your tools, the enemy spawns are different each time you play. While the story isn't infinite, we understand how people will play the game and that replayability shapes the way we tell the story."Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

Valheim players can now log out normally without worrying about their character and/or world being corrupted as developer Iron Gate Studio released a new PC update that addresses the catastrophic save bug issues.Prior to the new fix, CEO Richard Svensson tweeted in February 2021 of the "world-destroying bug," urging players to back-up their data by ensuring its saved in the appropriate Valheim folder on the local hard drive. According to Svensson, the bug occurred when players exited the game by pressing ALT+F4, which prompted the erasure of entire characters and worlds. With patch 0.155.7, however, the "unusual case of world corruption caused when shutting down" has been resolved. Players don't have to divert to the roundabout methods to preserve save data--though it's still recommended.Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

A Chinese court has cancelled an online auction selling a criminal's possessions after the bidding price skyrocketed out of control, possibly in part due to a rare Yu-Gi-Oh card, via IGN. As reported by South China Morning Post, A Chinese court made an online auction selling the frozen assets of a man convicted of embezzlement, but the auction was cancelled after it reached a bid price of 87 million yuan, which is about $13.4 million USD.It is believed that the skyrocketing bids were caused by the Blue-Eyes White Dragon Yu-Gi-Oh card, believed to be one of 500 limited-edition cards printed in 2019. Collector's value the card between $31,000 and $46,000 if it is indeed real, although the card in question has not been certified. The card reached the $13.4 million USD mark within 30 minutes, prompting organizers to cancel the auction, as it was significantly past the card's market value and some type of foul play was suspected."This auction has been suspended," a statement from the Alibaba judicial auction online platform said. "The price is seriously inconsistent with the actual bidding price, and malicious bidding behaviour is suspected."Continue Reading at GameSpotInfo from Gamespot.com

Microsoft and Xbox boss Phil Spencer are confident that Halo Infinite will be launching Holiday 2021 and that the release window is down to "a few weeks." As shared on ResetEra, In the latest episode of Dropped Frames, Spencer confirmed that both 343 Industries and Microsoft are confident about Halo Infinite releasing Holiday 2021 like it previously announced.Spencer went on to say that he is confident that the release window will be hit and that they know the three-to-four-week period when the game will release, but they just need to look at when some "other game timing" is going to happen. He said they are looking to provide more clarity as to when Halo Infinite will launch during the summer. Spencer says instead of committing to a date and having to move it by a week later, they are willing to just wait until they know for sure.Based on Spencer's comments it seems as though Microsoft is trying to avoid having the Halo Infinite release date overlap with any other big holiday titles releasing in that window. While Microsoft didn't reveal an exact date Halo Infinite during the Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase, it did give the first look at Halo Infinite's multiplayer mode in action.Info from Gamespot.com
