Though that move was announced on June 7, it turns out that the new name was revealed in a public document from a month before, but very few people noticed.As noted by Axios gaming editor Stephen Totilo, Ubisoft listed the new title in public financial documents back in May. Though it's not clear that the title was final at that point, the snippet of text that Totilo links in his tweet lists Rainbow Six Extraction along with Far Cry 6 as two games that were postponed to the next financial year due to COVID-19. A new behind-the-scenes video from the upcoming Netflix series The Sandman has been released. The adaptation of Neil Gaiman's classic DC comic book is currently in production.The video focuses on Gaiman himself, who takes the viewer on a brief tour of the show's lavish sets and gives us a tantalising glimpse of this hugely anticipated series. Gaiman describes being on set as "walking around your own dream," and says the show is "being made for people who love Sandman by people who love Sandman." A new adaptation of Stephen King's classic novel Christine is in the works. As reported by Deadline, the movie will be written and directed by Bryan Fuller.The new version of King's 1983 novel will be produced by Blumhouse, who are also currently shooting a new adaptation of King's Firestarter. Fuller is best known for creating and showrunning the acclaimed shows Hannibal and Pushing Daisies, and also worked on American Gods and Star Trek: Discovery. Netflix has announced an ambitious-sounding new limited series in which Mike Myers will play 7 different characters. The show is called The Pentaverate, and it's a comedy series about a secret society that has been controlling events of the world since 1347.The Pentaverate is the titular society, named after its five members. Camrus Johnson is leveling up for the rest of Season 2 of The CW's Batwoman. Playing the role of Lucas Fox, he'll become a crime fighter on his own under the guise of Batwing. The CW has revealed the first images of the suit, and it's fantastic.The Batwing suit was created by costume designer Maya Mani, who had assistance from Diana Patterson and illustrator Andy Poon.
