Update: Following the conclusion of this episode of The Walking Dead, AMC announced Andrew Lincoln would continue with the franchise as the lead in three upcoming movies centered around the character of Rick Grimes. It's the end of the road for Rick Grimes on The Walking Dead... right? Andrew Lincoln's final episode of the AMC series has come and gone. After that conclusion, though, you might be wondering just how final Rick's fate is.Throughout the episode, it was clear that the former sheriff was at death's door. After falling onto some rebar, which ripped through him, he spends the majority of his last hour on the show bleeding out and trying to escape a herd of zombies, while having hallucinations of those he's lost in the past, including very short returns of Shane (Jon Bernthal), Hershel (Scott Wilson), and Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green). That is until he blows up a bridge he and the walkers are on, sending them into a raging river below. As Daryl (Norman Reedus) and the rest of our heroes looked on, distraught, it seemed as though Rick had really gone out with a bang. The episode didn't end there, though.Instead, the show went back to Anne (Pollyanna McIntosh), the former Jadis. After seeing the plume of smoke from the explosion in the distance and heard commotion over the radio, she spots Rick's body washed up on the side of the river as that mysterious helicopter reappeared. "I have a B," she says into her radio. "Not an A, I never had an A. He's hurt, but he's strong. Can you help him?" From there, we quickly shift to the chopper taking off, with Anne and Rick safe and sound as "Spacejunk" by Wang Chung plays--no, seriously."You're still here," she tells Rick on the helicopter. "You're going to be okay. They're going to save you."Who is they? That's the big question we're left with or at least one of them. The answer is most likely the Whisperers. This isn't the first time we've heard the terms "A" and "B" thrown around. While we can't be sure, this is most likely a reference to alphas and betas. As fans of the comics know, the Whisperers are led by a woman named Alpha, with her second-in-command named Beta. While they have yet to arrive on the series, we know they are coming and are going to be a major antagonist later in the season. That doesn't necessarily bode well for Rick, though.Still, this is Lincoln's final episode, and it ends with him alive, which could lead to two outcomes. Either this is how the series is leaving the door open for his possible return one day or the Whisperers are going to make an even more fierce introduction. For those that don't follow the comics, the Whisperers travel through herds of walkers by wearing the skin of the dead over their own. It's disgusting and actually makes perfect sense in this disturbing world. If the show was looking for a way to really make an impact when they finally show their faces, wearing the skin of Rick Grimes would certainly create a lasting and haunting image. For now, though, this is the last we'll see of Rick Grimes--until he potentially comes back. That wasn't the only thing that left jaws on the floor at the end of this episode, though. There was also a flash forward to an older Judith Grimes. While she's still young--clearly no older than 10--this Judith was walking, talking, and killing zombies. It would make her dad proud, but he's definitely probably dead. When a group of people are saved from a small herd, they find this little girl with a sheriff's hat and a katana strapped to her back is their savior. While this short moment does give hope for the future of the Grimes name, it raises a lot of questions. How did this little girl end up on her own and, more importantly, where's Michonne? With her surrogate mother's weapon over her shoulder, it definitely leaves you wondering if she, too, has become just another victim of this horrible world. As much as this was theoretically the end of a major chapter in The Walking Dead, the story of Rick Grimes, it certainly feels like a new beginning. It will be interesting to see where the show goes from here.Info from Gamespot.com

What a wild year it has been for movie theater subscription services. The meteoric rise of MoviePass is perhaps matched only by the sudden fall of the service, as other options came to market--including Sinemia and AMC Stubs A-List, each of which managed to offer perks MoviePass couldn't. Make sure to take a look at our review of all three services. With the year coming to a close, though, there's another change happening. AMC is raising the prices on their A-List service, at least in some states. According to The Hollywood Reporter, AMC Theaters is raising the subscription price for Stubs A-List beginning in January 2019 in 15 states and one district--the ones where the service is most popular thus far. With that higher price, users will still be allowed three tickets each week, including 3D and IMAX format screenings. For California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and New York, the service will rise from $19.95 each month to $23.95. Meanwhile, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia will see their price rise to $21.95.As AMC CEO-president Adam Aron explained to THR, the increase will help keep the program profitable. "Our decision to keep the AMC Stubs A-List monthly price unchanged in 35 states, along with only a modest price adjustment in some key markets going in place in early 2019 will keep us in that sweet spot of successfully balancing profits and popularity," he said. It's not too late to lock in the $19.95 price, though, at least for a year. Aron revealed that new subscribers who sign up before the end of 2018 will not see their rates rise for a full 12 months after enrollment. As for the future of AMC Stubs A-List, this likely isn't a sign that the service is struggling. When MoviePass changed its terms, it tended to do so at the last minute, leaving many confused about what, exactly, they got for their money. Stubs isn't changing any of the terms of its subscription, other than the price in selected states.Info from Gamespot.com

The latest update for Fortnite has arrived, and it introduces a variety of new content on the Battle Royale and Save the World. Update 6.22 is out now, and Epic Games has shared the full patch notes that cover all the additions and changes, including some new limited-time modes and a weapon. Here's what's new.The new gun is the Heavy AR, which was announced through the in-game news feed recently. It comes in Rare, Epic, and Legendary forms, and you'll find it in chests, vending machines, and supply drops, and as floor loot. Another notable item-related change is a significant decrease in the drop rate of the recently added balloons. The first of the new LTMs is Team Terror. It pits two teams of 32 against each other with the goal of wiping out the opposing side. The wrinkle is that Cube Monsters, the enemies that players had to contend with during the recent Fortnitemares event, will also attack you. Of course, they can drop some nice loot, so it might make sense to deal with them before enemy players. The second LTM is the returning Blitz. This takes the basic Battle Royale gameplay and speeds things up, as the storm circle begins closing in right from the start of the match. It will also close in more frequently than usual, leading to matches that should last no longer than 15 minutes. To further speed things up, there's more loot to find around the map.You can check out the patch notes for the Fortnite: Battle Royale below. Head to the Fortnite website to see what's new with the Save the World mode--that includes a continuation of the co-op mode's Fortnitemares event.Epic Games also recently announced a partnership with the NFL to bring football skins to Fortnite. These will be based on real-world jerseys, and although they're featured on Epic's patch notes page for this update, they're set to arrive later this week. The outfits will be available for purchase from Fortnite's in-game shop, but Epic hasn't announced pricing details yet. All 32 NFL teams will be represented, and Epic says you'll also be able to customize your jersey with any number from 0-99. The skins will be available in the store beginning at 4 PM PT / 7 PM ET on November 9.Fortnite: Battle Royale Update 6.22 Patch NotesLimited-Time Event: Team TerrorSummaryMonsters have invadsed the Battle Royale island! Whether or not you're on board, Bethesda's decision to make the next entry in the Fallout franchise an online-only game is bold. But just because it's an online endeavor doesn't mean you're forced to play with others. Among all the questions I had about Fallout 76, the most important one that came to mind was: can the game work as a single-player experience? So, when the first beta launched, I played entirely as a one-man party. After about four hours of exploring, looting, and shooting, the foundation of Fallout seems readily apparent, albeit diluted. Of course, you'll be missing out on an important aspect of Fallout 76 by going it alone, but its features that require a bit more patience make themselves clear. As a result, lone wanderers are likely to be rewarded in ways full parties may end up glossing over. From both past experience in other games and watching my colleagues play Fallout 76 as a group, I understand there's a tacit agreement to move at a rapid pace, going from one area or quest to another in search of action and high-level equipment. While that's not exactly what the Fallout series has traditionally been about, it comes part-and-parcel to this style of game. That doesn't leave much room for carefully listening to audio logs nor reading through notes left behind, let alone soaking in the environments in relation to those narrative pieces. Playing alone affords you the opportunity to do that. One of the many notes you'll read throughout Fallout 76.Environmental storytelling has become a bit of a cliche when describing how games embed a narrative in the actual game space. It's an indirect approach to story, and one that Fallout 76 has to rely on given the absence of NPCs and dialogue trees. Audio logs serve to paint the picture of how townships tried, and failed, to survive the harsh wasteland while simultaneously being a guide through the game's world and systems. Audio logs are also the crux of unraveling the mystery of Vault 76's overseer--the seemingly "main" questline. It's your avenue to understanding the past and present of West Virginia. Admittedly, these vary in quality in terms of how interesting they are, but they're critical to worldbuilding. The wonder of discovering and rummaging through a new location, or taking in the scenic views after trudging through brutal swaths of the wasteland, has an intrinsically rewarding feel. We've seen other games use these narrative techniques in the past. Much of the original Bioshock was built on the premise of listening to recordings from Rapture's citizens as you navigate the desolate underwater society. Some of the most impactful moments in The Last Of Us came from a series of handwritten notes that communicated the desperation and humanity in the face of a zombie outbreak. Fallout has used these elements in previous entries, but they matter now more than ever. There's a lot to see in West Virginia with a variety of scenery. While what's missing are the societies and factions that made previous games' roleplaying dynamic, it's thematically fitting given that the setting predates the lore established from past games. And it's strikingly lonely out there despite being an online game--only 24 players roam around West Virginia in the same instance. There's so much ground to cover that it's hard to see a collective of online players emerging from it; very rarely did I run into other parties. West Virginia is huge. It's been in headlines that Fallout 76 contains the largest map in all the franchise; about four times the size of Fallout 4's rendition of Boston. It sometimes feels too big for its own good, as there's a noticeable lack of density. However, like any other Fallout game, the world naturally instills a sense of curiosity to see what's just beyond in the next town. The wonder of discovering and rummaging through a new location, or taking in the scenic views after trudging through brutal swaths of the wasteland, has an intrinsically rewarding feel. After getting a grip of the game in the areas near Vault 76, I wandered to the Northeast and stumbled upon Grafton--a snowy town populated by Super Mutants, Protectrons, and the high-level blob-like Grafton Monster. It was a definite highlight digging up the town's history and how it came to be run by Protectrons, and getting into tense firefights with enemies above my level. Unfortunately, I had to move on. Over the next northern range was an abandoned amusement park where I dabbled with the photo mode to take selfies with its alligator mascot on a broken rollercoaster. All the while, my radio is playing the undeniably catchy tunes of old-timey Americana (many of which are reprised from earlier games). These moments are, of course, available if you play in a group, but they make the single-player approach more meaningful.Catastrophic events and inter-player tension very much seem to be integral to the end-game, so it's tough to speak on the sustainability of exclusively playing alone. So far, quest structure and public events haven't been much more than killing a certain target or finding an item in another town. And by virtue of axing traditional RPG interactions, combat becomes a bigger portion of what you do. Fallout 4's shooting mechanics are the basis here, and while it's more fluid than Fallout 3 or New Vegas, it doesn't stand with the best modern shooters (and VATS won't slow down time for targeted dice-roll shots)--it sometimes feels at odds with the type of game Bethesda's trying to create.Fallout 76 is a little unceremonious in its early hours, but I'm willing to give new approaches to long-running franchises a chance. It still has that distinct charm, where both the delightful and disturbing aspects of a bygone era in American history are frozen in time amidst post-apocalyptic retrofuturism. As more beta windows open up, I'll be continuing to search for the game's story and trekking along to see what's beyond the wide forests and mountain ranges. Also, there are just as many questions left even after four hours. I can't say that the single-player experience will hold up entirely, and we shouldn't expect it to contend with the likes of New Vegas, but there are signs that it can work, and I'm hopeful. I'm also not sure where it's leading me, and that seems to be exactly what Fallout 76 is about.Info from Gamespot.com

Dontnod's beloved Life Is Strange is one of the many video game franchises getting the comic book treatment courtesy of Titan Comics. The first issue of Titan's four-part Life Is Strange series is set to arrive next week, but in the meantime, the publisher has given us our first glimpse at some of its artwork.Like the original game, Titan's Life Is Strange comic follows main characters Max and Chloe shortly after the events of one of the title's "heart-breaking" endings. Here's the publisher's synopsis of the series: "This all-new emotional rollercoaster stars fan-favorites Max and Chloe, and picks up after one heart-breaking ending of the critically-acclaimed game! One year after Max fatefully chose Chloe over Arcadia Bay, timelines tangle around the pair in a literal fight against time!"Life Is Strange is written by Emma Vieceli, with artwork by Claudia Leonardi. Ahead of its release, Titan has provided GameSpot with a handful of the comic's first lettered pages, as well as a few of its variant covers; you can read the excerpts from the upcoming issue by clicking through the gallery below.Life Is Strange #1 goes on sale in brick-and-mortar and online comic stores on Wednesday, November 14. The issue runs 32 pages and retails for $4 USD. Titan hasn't yet announced when the remaining three issues of the series are slated to arrive, but you can see the publisher's release schedule on its website. You can also see some of the different covers for Life Is Strange #1 below. As previously mentioned, Life Is Strange certainly isn't the only new video game comic from Titan. Last month, the publisher released Bloodborne: The Death of Sleep Vol. 1, a 112-page collection of the first four issues of Titan's Bloodborne series. That is on sale now for $17, while a fifth issue, titled Bloodborne: The Healing Thirst, launched in September. The publisher has also released a four-part comic based on Dark Souls called The Age of Fire, a "dramatic retelling of the Legends of Silver Knights" starring "all the main characters" from the game series.Info from Gamespot.com

If you're going to survive in Red Dead Redemption 2's world, you're going to need cash. Previously we've highlighted several ways to earn money relatively quickly by working many of the game's core systems and mechanics, but there exists a secret method that can give a significant bump to your wallet without much effort. The method in question is none other than the Poisonous Trail treasure map side mission, which by its end rewards you with four gold bars that equate to about $2,000 when sold. As you explore, you'll often find treasure maps that lead you to all manner of valuable items, but none are as lucrative as the Poisonous Trail maps, which you can complete early on. Of course, if you're more into cheating the system, you can try out this newly discovered glitch that can net you 30 gold bars. But we all know that's nowhere near as fun!Below are directions leading you to all the treasure maps in the Poisonous Trail side mission. We've also included screenshots to aid you in your journey. It's worth noting that you cannot simply head to the final location to cash in on the gold. You need to find every single treasure map first before the gold appears in its associated location. If this guide was helpful to you, be sure to check out our features highlighting all the tips you should know before playing and things the game doesn't tell you. We also have guides on more specific subjects, like top horse breeds and fishing. Though, if you want to have some extra fun instead, be sure to read our feature detailing the game's cheat codes.Treasure Map 1: Cairn Lake CabinThe first map is found at Cairn Lake, which is located north of Valentine up in the mountains. It's snowy up there, so make sure to bring a thick jacket with you before heading up that direction. If you've triggered "The Noblest of Men, and a Woman" Stranger mission, you'll notice that this is the exact location of legendary gunslinger Flaco Hernandez.Once you make it to Cairn Lake, you should find a small abandoned cabin--the one that Hernandez is staying in. Approach the bed to the right and uncover the lock box underneath it, which holds the first treasure map along some extra valuables.Treasure Map 2: Face Rock and an Unassuming Tree TrunkThe first treasure map is attempting to clue you in on a location with a rock that seemingly resembles a face. If you haven't spent much time exploring, this natural formation may seem a mystery to you. Fortunately, we know exactly where it is. Simply proceed down to the Lemoyne region, which is located just South of New Hanover. You can find the rock just north of the "E" in "Scarlett" on the map; check the screenshot in the gallery above for visual clarification. You'll spot Face Rock on a hill. To find the map, go past the tree directly next to Face Rock. You'll want to run further back to the hill's rear where there's a thin tree trunk right beside a fallen tree. The map is located in this thin tree trunk.Final Treasure Map: The Mysterious Snake MoundThe second treasure map has you searching for a snake-like land formation. Yet again, an oddity that you're likely to have missed if you haven't spent significant time taking note of every curiosity out in the world. This bizarre mound is located southeast of Van Horn, a reasonable distance south of the "R" in "New Hanover" on the map.As the treasure map indicates, you're going to want to search for a pile of rocks near the snake-like mound. It's pretty easy to spot as it's literally just a clumped-up pile of rocks with a hole at the center. Search the hole to find the final treasure map. Onward to the treasure! The Treasure: Gold! Gold! Gold! The final treasure map points to a waterfall and what appears to be a pathway in a cave. You'll find this waterfall at the Elysian Pond, which is located directly northeast of the "E" in "Hanover" on the map. When you arrive, walk through the waterfall to discover the entrance of a hidden cave. It's dark in the cave, so bust out your lantern. Proceed through the cave until you find a section in the path where you can drop down. When you land, proceed through the crawl space on the right, which will lead you to the fork in the road pictured on the map. Take the right path, but before you do hug right to find a makeshift camp with a lockbox containing a Large Jewelry Bag.Continue the path forward until you reach what appears to be a pit into certain doom. Instead of falling to your death, proceed left until you reach another edge. If you look closely, your lantern will illuminate some solid ground below that you can land on. But take a few steps back; you're going to want a running start in order to make this jump. If you're acrobatics are sufficient, head down the slope to the left. You'll slip down into some water; once you gain your balance, look to your left for a rock platform to climb up. Search this area and you'll be rewarded with four bars of gold.If this is the first time you've obtained gold, know that you can sell them at Fences for direct profit. Though, if you're feeling particularly generous, it's possible to donate it directly to your camp.Info from Gamespot.com

Blizzard has announced that Warcraft III: Reforged is being made with real-time strategy game newcomers in mind. Revealed at BlizzCon 2018, Reforged is an upcoming remaster of the original 2002 Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos and its 2003 expansion The Frozen Throne."Yeah, Warcraft III did not have the easy mode," Blizzard lead artist Brian Sousa said during an interview with GameSpot. "It was either hard or really hard, and so now, even me, I remember playing missions over, and over, and over. This is a really hard game, so getting in there and making it a little bit more accessible for today's players, at least, to get into the RTS genre. This RTS has been around for 15 years. It's still around, people are still playing it, so we're not too worried about redefining the RTS because this already has a huge community, right, and we're not looking to change how Warcraft plays. We just want it to be a little bit more accessible and look better for today's players."In the same interview, senior producer Pete Stilwell also revealed that Blizzard currently has no plans of developing Warcraft IV. However, a sequel is not impossible. "I mean, I wouldn't rule anything out, but we don't have any plans around [Warcraft IV] at this point. Getting [Warcraft III: Reforged] right, I think, is our priority first and foremost," Stilwell said. This matches with what Starcraft II: Legacy of the Void producer Tim Morten said about Warcraft's future.Reforged will feature remastered maps and campaigns, as well as remodeled animations and characters. The game will launch with 4K support, and an upgraded UI and world editor in comparison to the original game. A special edition, called Spoils of War, unlocks in-game content for Diablo III, Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft, Heroes of the Storm, and World of Warcraft.Info from Gamespot.com

Rockstar has announced that it is working on an issue that is affecting Red Dead Redemption 2. Currently, a bug in the game can cause Sadie, Jack, John, and Abigail--four of Arthur Morgan's camp companions--to disappear after the completion of chapter two."If you completed the mission 'Polite Society, Valentine Style' at the start of Chapter 2, but needed to use the Retry Checkpoint feature, then Sadie, Jack, John, and Abigail will only appear in camp when they have missions for you to complete," Rockstar wrote in a Q&A blog post. "We are aware of the issue and are currently working on a fix to be included in an upcoming Title Update."While Rockstar works on a solution for the bug, the developer advises all players who have yet to complete "Polite Society, Valentine Style" to do so without retrying from a checkpoint. If you fail the mission, make sure you immediately abandon and restart it, or load an earlier save. These are currently the only ways to avoid encountering the glitch. If you've already encountered the bug, you'll have to keep playing RDR2 until chapter four to see Sadie, Jack, John, and Abigail in the camp again. You will miss the four character's unique conversations unless you reload a previous save from before "Polite Society, Valentine Style" to avoid the glitch.Red Dead Redemption 2 is available for Xbox One and PS4. In our review, Kallie Plagge gave the game a 9/10, writing, "Red Dead Redemption 2 is an excellent prequel, but it's also an emotional, thought-provoking story in its own right, and it's a world that is hard to leave when it's done."Info from Gamespot.com

Limited Run Games, a publisher associated with game developer Mighty Rabbit Studios, has announced that it is making a physical edition for Battle Chef Brigade. The acclaimed indie game will be made available in both its PS4 and Switch versions. Both physical editions will be made available on November 9 at 7 AM PT / 10 AM ET / 3 PM GMT. As the name implies, Limited Run Games only makes a certain amount of official physical editions for previously digital-only titles. So once every copy of the physical versions of Battle Chef Brigade is sold out, they are gone for good. Limited Run Games never restocks.Released in 2017, Battle Chef Brigade mixes together brawler and puzzle gameplay. You play as Mina, a young woman who aspires to be a battle chef, a type of knight that hunts down monsters and cooks them into delicious dishes for the kingdom's people. Each mission in the game requires you hunt down specific monsters before racing into the kitchen to solve tile-based puzzles in order to cook your ingredients and fulfill the dish requirements set out by the judges. In Red Dead Redemption 2, you're going to be spending a lot of time riding your horse. There's nothing but land, and lots of it, in Rockstar's latest open-world so journeying on horseback is a reality you're going to have to accept during the game's opening hours. Fortunately for you, there are ways to expedite your travels. There's a fast travel system hidden in Red Dead Redemption 2. Better yet, there's a couple ways you can go about doing it. Below we highlight the two main methods, but before you seek them out, we do highly recommend making horse riding your primary means of travel. After all, it's your time spent out in the world where you can better discover all the game has to offer, as well as author your own unique adventures. If you're looking for more guides, you'd be remiss not to check out our feature highlighting all the tips you should know before playing. Though, we also have guides on more specific subjects, like gun customization and money making. Be sure to read our Red Dead 2 review if you haven't already. Otherwise, read on!Method 1: Stagecoaches And TrainsIt makes sense that transportation technology of the day would be a form of fast travel in the game. Both stagecoaches and trains can get you places you want to go quickly. However, you'll have to pay a small fee to use them, and they require you to physically travel to them first--you can't just warp around by picking an icon on your map.Stagecoaches appear on the map as an icon that resembles a wooden sign pointing in two different directions. Labeled as "Taxi Coach" in the game, you can use these to take a stagecoach to locations you've previously visited. The fee increases based on the distance travelled, so make sure you've got enough on you to cover the charge. If you're looking to ride a train, you'll to need to purchase a ticket. These are sold at post offices in town, which are icons on the map with an envelope on them. Trains will take you to previously visited towns that have stations with train tracks running by them.Method 2: Camp Fast TravelIt's possible to fast travel from your camp after unlocking the upgrade, “Next in Line." You can find the camp upgrades page by approaching the donation box at your camp. The fast travel upgrade is the second option in the list and costs about $325, so make sure you've saved up enough and find this upgrade worthwhile in general as you may want to refocus your funds on more fruitful endeavors.Once you've unlocked the upgrade, you'll find a map on the back of the stagecoach next to Arthur's bed. You can use it to travel to a variety of locations, which includes certain towns and other significant locations in the game. Be wary, your camp fast travel only works one way, so if you use it to go to a town on the other side of the map, you'll need to either ride your horse, hire a stagecoach, or take a train to get back. Red Dead Redemption 2 doesn't make a lot of its mechanics known to the player. There are systems buried deep within that you'd be hard-pressed to come in contact with if you're mainlining the game's major story and side missions. Among these mechanics are special Perks that offer improvements to Arthur's overall abilities. We know what you're thinking, though: "Perks? You mean like Perks you unlock from an RPG-like progression tree?" Yes, and no. Red Dead Redemption 2 does in fact offer these sorts of Perks, but they're unlocked by obtaining special items known as Talismans and Trinkets, and not from any special in-game progression screen.Talismans and Trinkets are primarily crafted at Fences--special black market shops that sell all manner of useful items you can't get at any ol' General Shop. You'll need parts from Legendary Animals to craft them. Others are rewarded to you by completing specific missions under special conditions. While Talismans and Trinkets are technically items, know that you don't need to equip them in order for them to be active. Once you acquire one, it'll affect Arthur's abilities permanently, and they can even be equipped as a cosmetic item.Below we run down all of the Talismans we've found so far, what they do, and what you need to unlock them. Any Talismans or Trinkets that have crafting components marked with a "*" are special items that require you to complete specific missions or challenges; a table can be found further below that details their locations. If you're looking for more guides, you'd be remiss not to check out our feature highlighting all the tips you should know before playing. Though, we also have guides on more specific subjects, like cheat codes, gun customization and money making. Niantic has kicked off another in-game event in Pokemon Go. The Stardust Blast event is now live for a limited time. This event gives players a chance to earn twice the normal amount of Stardust for capturing Pokemon and hatching Eggs, and it's scheduled to run until 1 PM PT / 4 PM ET on November 13.On top of that, two new species of Gen 4 Pokemon have begun appearing in Pokemon Go. The adorable Water-type Buizel is now available around the world as a Raid Battle, while the pre-evolved form of Roselia, Budew, can be hatched from Eggs. The latter arrives at a fitting time, as Niantic recently rolled out the new Adventure Sync feature to most Pokemon Go players, making it much easier to hatch Eggs than before.Stardust Blast isn't the only event going on now in Pokemon Go. To celebrate the release of Ingress Prime, Niantic has made two new Shiny Pokemon, Cubone and Ponyta, available for a limited time. These Shiny variants are green and blue, respectively--the same colors and the two warring sides in Ingress Prime, The Enlightened and The Resistance.Meanwhile, Pokemon Go's next Community Day event is scheduled to take place this Saturday, November 10. The featured Pokemon this time around is the Gen 2 starter Cyndaquil, and if players manage to evolve it into its final form, Typhlosion, up to an hour after the event ends, it'll learn the powerful attack Blast Burn.Players also still have a chance to catch Giratina, the first Gen 4 Legendary Pokemon to appear in Pokemon Go. Giratina arrived as a Raid Battle as part of the recent Halloween event, and it'll remain a presence at Gyms until November 20. If you need help adding one to your collection, here are some tips on how to catch Giratina.Info from Gamespot.com

Studio Wildcard has announced that the new expansion for Ark: Survival Evolved, titled Extinction, will go live on PC today. Extinction continues Ark's story by pitting humanity against giant mega-dinosaur creatures called Titans.Defeating the raid boss-like Titans is the centerpiece to Extinction, but the expansion also adds more creatures to tame and technology to utilize. Cryopods, for example, are handy pieces of tech that allow you to store your creatures and easily carry them around in your inventory. You'll be able to transfer your preexisting characters into Extinction, but your items and tamed creatures will have to stay behind. Whatever you claim in Extinction, though, can be brought back with you into Ark's older maps."We will be introducing North American and European Extinction servers first," Studio Wildcard senior community manager Jen Stuber wrote in a Steam blog post. "We will be releasing an initial start batch of servers, and bringing more servers online as needed so please be patient for us during this period. The servers will be the standard 70-player cap. Extinction will be included in all CrossARK clusters (except 'TheHundred'), as well as Conquest and Small Tribes servers."Extinction's PC servers are scheduled to launch today, but as of this post are still not yet live due to a few issues. Both the Xbox One and PS4 versions of Extinction will launch on November 13. Extinction comes included in Ark's Season Pass, but can be purchased separately as well. The PC version of Ark: Survival Evolved is being offered as free-to-play until November 11 on Steam. You can also buy the game at a discounted price of $20 / £18 / €22 until November 13.Info from Gamespot.com

Among the new systems introduced in Rockstar's Red Dead Redemption 2 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One are Cores, which reflect the state of Arthur's abilities. These are represented via the circular meters located just above your mini-map on the HUD. If you want to perform at your best, you'll need to pay attention to these Cores and the bars that encircle them.If you've just started the game, chances are all of this Core and bar talk might be a bit confusing. After all, you're only given a very brief explanation in-game on how it all works, and this comes while you might be paying attention to dialogue or other happenings. And the details in the menu offer only so much insight. To help you get a grasp of the Core system, we've detailed in this feature how it all works and other useful information to keep in mind.If you're looking for more guides, you'd be remiss not to check out our feature highlighting all the tips you should know before playing. Though, we also have guides on more specific subjects, like gun customization and money making. Be sure to read our Red Dead 2 review if you haven't already. If you're having trouble dealing with all this, you can turn on the cheat code that instantly refills your Cores and bars. But we all know that's no fun, so read on to the details below! What Are Cores And Bars?As stated, Cores are the circular meters located just above the mini-map. You have three Cores in total: Health, Stamina, and Dead Eye. In addition, there are Cores for your horse's Health and Stamina. The symbol at the center of the circle represents the Core, while the ring meter that surrounds it is known as a bar. While the state of your bars are more important in the moment, it's your Cores that ultimately affect your long-term performance. This is because how well you do depends on the state of your corresponding Core. For example, the Health Core dictates how quickly the Health bar regenerates, and likewise for Stamina. If your Health bar is low but the corresponding Health Core has been maintained well, the rate at which you generate Health will be increased. How Do I Refill My Cores? To ensure your Cores are in tiptop shape, you'll need to keep yourself well fed, well-rested, and comfortably dressed in the climate you're in. Of course, you can always resort to items if you're ever in a pinch and can't seek out food or rest; Provisions instantly refill your Cores and Tonics will instantly refill your bars. Be mindful of which you choose to take, as while Tonics are good in the moment in the midst of a firefight, they're more short-term life-savers than the long-term benefit of using a Provision. What Does It Mean To Fortify A Bar?As you take Tonics, you'll notice that some fortify specific bars; these are represented as yellow items in your satchel. If you take this type of Tonic, the affected bar will fill up completely and won't drain for a few moments. How long a bar remains fortified depends on the quality of the Tonic. It's also worth noting that some Tonics can negatively impact your Cores, so make sure to pay attention to their descriptions before you take them--lest you want to find yourself made weaker during a firefight or intense hunt.Bars Level Up Over TimeThe state of your Cores affects the regeneration of your Health, Stamina, and Dead Eye, but the more you play the game, the more powerful your bars will become. Sprinting, for example, increases your Stamina bar, while taking damage and then restoring Health will build your Health bar. If you properly maintain yourself, all of your abilities will naturally improve over time.Horse Cores And BarsHorse Cores are represented by the Health and Stamina Cores with horseshoes in the center of them that appear when you're on your horse. While mostly identical to how your own Cores work, where they differ is how you maintain and increase them. Instead of overall maintenance of the horse's physical and dietary needs, you develop its Cores and bars by forming a stronger bond with them. Foods and Tonics can be used to help the general effort, but it's more through riding your horse, praising it, and grooming it will ultimately improve a horse's Health and Stamina.
